左手拿着起好的针，右手上的棒针穿过第一针，并且放在左手棒针的下方。
右手将毛线从下往上绕过右边的棒针。
用右边的棒针将毛线从第一针中挑出。
挑出后将左手棒针上的第一针脱开棒针，这样第一行的第一针就在右手的棒针上了。接下来重复上面的步骤就可以了。
